I have been away for a while due to some unforeseen circumstances. My male cat, Felix has been quite ill, and was very very close to death a little over a week ago with a UTI that in turn attacked his kidneys. After a trip to the Emergency Vet Clinic and a whopping bill for $776.00 he was sent home to die. He would not go though and hung on for dear life. After several sleepless nights and round the clock administration's of his medicine (on a side note, cats do NOT like bubble gum flavored medicine!)he has recovered much to being his own self - though after losing almost a third of his body weight - for those people that say animals do not love I say BALONEY! In his own way he has said he is appreciative of my efforts and has been so affectionate and loving lately. Due to his medications I have had to take him to work with me so I could keep the medication schedule up. Felix is my buddy and I would be sorely heart broken if he were to leave me prematurely

A lot has happened during the time of my absence... I have been offered the opportunity to work for the CG department of a new Discovery Channel program as a scene builder in Vue, and I am now experimenting with lighting for the same program using VRay for C4D (yeah I am BROKE now!).
