That's great. I actually use Cinema 4D's latest versions in Linux (through Wine, of course, although if you buy the studio version they have a Linux client).

:3 Linux is mahvelous, and just keeps getting better with time.

Thanks - I have never used it to be honest, probably won't lol, I have my Vista tweaked to the point Microsoft probably would not recognize it LOL!

Ah. Well, someday Windows XP and Vista will lose support and the WGA thing won't be able to verify stuff. Then again, by then Windows 7 will probably be 20 dollars or something.

Have fun with Vista. I didn't think it was so bad, either, since my computer was monster enough to handle it.

Lmao. I doubt Microsoft would keep doing what they said they wouldn't do (more Windows releases). They said this one's good enough that they'll just release updates from now on instead of new versions, since they have other projects they have more than half of their people working on. (part of the reason why they had a Beta release)

And I'm sure people are fed up with buying new versions so often.

LOL to be honest they CAN'T say that - think about it, hardware and technology changes on an almost daily basis. Some day soon I understand we will have a crystaline based computer chip - kind of like those iso-linear chips from Star Trek TNG (of course a lot more primitive and bulky I am sure lol) and what good would a standard OS be in a world of AI? ;)
